  • Contact details (name, email address, phone number, mailing address)

  • Messages you send us (e.g., inquiries, prayer requests, ministry sign-ups)

  • Donation or payment details you submit through our online giving tools (see “Payments” below)

  • Log/usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, date/time, referring URL, error logs)

  • Device data (device type, operating system, internet service provider)

  • Approximate location inferred from your IP address

  • Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and basic analytics

Text/SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments

If you make an online donation or payment, the transaction is processed by our third-party provider, Ministry Brands. We do not store full payment card numbers. For details, see Ministry Brands’ privacy policy at https://legal.ministrybrands.com/#privacy-policy.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the website and Services

  • Respond to inquiries and provide ministry communications

  • Process donations and acknowledgments

We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and transmission is at your own risk.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact communications@saintannchurch.org, and we will delete it.

Your Privacy Choices & Rights

  • Marketing: You can unsubscribe from emails or SMS at any time (reply STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE for SMS).

  • Access/Deletion/Correction: Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information. To submit a request, email Frontdesk@saintannchurch.org or call 919-934-2084. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the applicable timeframe. You may authorize an agent; we may require proof of authorization.

  • Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights permitted by law.

Do-Not-Track

Browsers may send Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals. Because no standard governs DNT, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

We may update this Notice from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
