SAINT ANN CATHOLIC CHURCH
Sick & Homebound
The Sick and Homebound Ministry of St. Ann is committed to bringing the Eucharist by trained and commissioned Extraordinary Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick and Homebound, serving with compassion and walking with all on our journey of faith together. The Sick and Homebound Ministry supports and encourages all people to know they are remembered by St.Ann parish community and to put into practice our words of faith into good works toward our absent brothers and sisters.
We aim to
To continue to have trained and commissioned Extraordinary Ministers to the Sick and Homebound and bring Communion to those who are unable to join us,
To serve all of Johnston County,
To build our Sick and Homebound Ministry by inviting and training practicing, Catholic registered parishioners in good standing with the church as volunteers,
To familiarize and train Sick and Homebound Ministry volunteers the Safe Environment Program regulations for the Diocese of Raleigh, NC, and
To work in cooperation and conjunction with all the St. Ann parish priests, deacons, staff, ministries and organizations.
