The mission of the Saint Ann Safety Ministry is to promote a safer environment by developing & implementing
practices and training that will ensure the protection and well-being of our parish community.”
The St. Ann Safety Ministry has an overall goal of providing useful and safety-related information to our parishioners. We periodically provide a “Safety Ministry Update” in the church bulletin. This update is intended to inform our parishioners of relevant safety information in an ongoing effort to provide a safe and secure place of worship.

About
The Legion of Mary makes its members better Catholics!
Through a balanced program of prayer and service in union with the Holy Spirit as He operates through Mary, Mother of the Church, Legion members serve the parishioners of St. Ann.
Our works includes evangelization, visitation of the homebound in their homes and in nursing homes, leading the Rosary before Mass, organizing the May procession and crowning of the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary and helping with other spiritual needs of the parish and community such as being catechists for Confirmation and leading an intercessory prayer group.
The Legion gives Catholics aged 18 and older an opportunity to do something positive for the Church while at the same time deepening their spiritual life and strengthening their Catholic Faith.
Members meet together once a week for prayer, study, planning and discussion in a family setting; they do a couple of hours of definite work each week in pairs and under the guidance of a Spiritual Director.
Any Catholic, young, not-so-young, single, married, retired, who would like to draw closer to Jesus and His Mother is welcome to give it a try.
You can get started by being a guest at a weekly meeting each Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in room 202 of the parish learning center. Please contact Terry Maynard, c/t 815-355-0403 for more information.
